Day 4 - Free Day

This day is a free day for 2 reasons. One reason is that I was too tired to go to the gym this morning and reason 2 is that its my 10th Wedding Anniversary! I have some plans for this evening so I’m barely eating today to make room for what I hope will be some good food.

Slow start

I started last week and a whopping 278lbs. I didnt lose any weight this last week becuase I took 3 days off and ate too much food. I’m determined to stick to it this weekend!!!!

Week 1 of BFL Challenange

Well I started up on Monday and weighed myself for the first time Tuesday morning.  i’ve gained 20 lbs since September!!! Wow, thats a lot of weight. This si a quick one. Will post more next week when I get through an entire week.

2010 year of the new me!

well Christmas is here and I gained even more weight. cardio has been my downfall, well lack of has been. I’m officially starting fullblown transformation on Monday, december 28th. I have 5 months to get into beach body shape. memorial day weekend we are taking Sean to San Diego for his birthday. I need to look good and feel good for then. wish me luck and check back weekly for updates.

Started Monday with body-for-life again ten got up this morning with a killer headache. Felt like a migraine. Had to stay home from work… That’s sucks. I don’t like missing work. I took lots of meds and I’m ready to go back to work Wednesday.

I really need to lose atleast 40lbs. I have tried a lot of things but BFL is the one that works, when followed to the “t”.

It’s hard to stick with it. I always seem to screw it up. When I miss a day I always completely throw it away. Already screwed up today. Tomorrow will be strict BFL.

Only 2 more days.

Well it’s friday and that only leaves 2 days until the Scottish games. So nervous. I hope I don’t make an ass outta myself. I hope to do well enough to want to keep doing it.

Gearing up for the Scottish Games

Well it’s getting closer. 5 days until the Scottish Games! Luke and I have been practicing so hopefuly I won’t get too embarrassed. I’m just behind him in all my throws. Maybe even a match for him in the 28# weight throw. I’m getting really excited! I just want to do well enough to make people nervious. Luke says I will be an unknown so I should have the element of suprise!

BFL has been up and down. I have only missed a few days here and there. For the most part I’ve done well. Food is my weakness and will continue to be. With Easter this last weekend I must have gained 5# easy. I’ll try to be under 254 by game time Sunday. Shouldn’t be a problem.

Time to get back to work.
