Day 2 should be better.

Wii Weight for 01/06/09: 261.0lb

Day started out badly. Had to take Moose to the vets because the injury to his leg was getting worse. They decided to keep him overnight  while they drained the injury. They believe that it might have something with his past Hematomas. He is in the best care possible right now so all I can do is wait and see what happens.

Meals:

  • 8:00am: Syntha-6 Protein Shake
  • 9:45am: Hersey Low-Carb bar. Beef Broth to  drink
  • 12:00pm: 1-1/2 Chicken Breast with baby Brussels Sprouts. Water to drink
  • 2:30pm: Fiber Oatmeal, Coffee and Chocolate Protein Powder. Water to drink.
  • 6:45pm: Pulled Pork, Bread, Triscuits, Cereal, homemade pickles. Water to drink.

Everything went good except for dinner.  We will see what morning brings.

New Year!

Wii Weight for 01/05/09: 263.5lb

here it is, a new year and I’m trying Body-For-Life again. I have modified the Eating portion for what I believe works better for me. Eat 3 hearty meals in the AM and then taper off to a shake around 2-3pm and then a shake 1 hr after my workout (around 6pm). Then thats it. no more eating, only water.  at least for a few weeks to get back to a respectful weight.

Meals

  • 6:30am: Egg whites with 1 slice of Low Fat Sharp Cheese on 2 slices of whole wheat bread. Monster low-carb to drink.
  • 9:30am: 2 egg omelet with 2 slices Low Fat Sharp Cheese. Water/coffee to drink.
  • 12:30pm: 1-1/2 chicken breast with baby Brussels Sprouts. Water/coffee to drink.
  • 2:45pm: Chocolate Protein Shake with banana added. Water to drink.
  • 4:00pm: SuperPump250 N.O. Drink for gym
  • 6:30pm: Pulled Pork on Wheat bread. 2 homemade pickles, 2 servings of Triscuits. Water to drink.

Day 5

Well today started out right but ended bad. Up until 8pm I was doing fine then I had a late dinner (12″ subway tuna, tons of candy). It was like I was addicted to it! I couldn’t stop! My wife finally yelled at me and I stopped. I dread stepping on the Wii Fit tomorrow. It’s going to say that I gained weight! But as I look at it, I still lost weight from the start. I must try harder this week. No… I will do better!

Day 4

So I screwed up last night. I ate candy late while watching the venture bros ok adult swim. As a result I gained 1.1lbs. Well that and I ate out at sweet tomato not the best dinner. Tonight won’t be much better as I plan to pickup food at Mimi’s. But I won’t eat the bread and only get vinegar. Oh well tomorrowo have to drop my car off at Dave’s house to get the stereo installed. Thecar should be killer after that.

Day 3

Well today starts day 3 of my 12 week BFL journy. Started out ok. Had a bit bigger breakfast to help me get through the morning. Had an orange and a protein shake at 9:30ish. Lunch comes in at noon.

Okay so I’m getting a bit worried with work. The economy is rebounding and they are really tightening up with funds at work. There was talk about lay-offs, but I can only assume it’s hear-say. Still, it’s a blow to my plans for moving the family back to the Northeast. If the housing market doesn’t rebound then I’m screwed. All I want to do at the point is pay off my outstanding debt!

This time its personal!

Well after taking about 2weeks off and eating so much candy… I have to start back up again.

I have gained 7.5lbs in 8 days. Food is the main reason but not exercising is a contributing factor. I got lazy and comfortable with skipping days at the gym. My wife bought so much candy I wanted to kill her for introducing it to the house.
My current weight is 263.5lbs. That’s sickening considering that I was below 250 just a few weeks ago. My new goal is to lose 40 lbs by April 1st. It’s over 4 months away so I should be able to do it.

I’ve decided to give BFL one more chance. So I’ll give it the 12 week try and see if I can get positive results.

Starting up again after Vacation.

Well i decided that it was time to start this up again since I gained about 10lbs over my vacation.

A little about my vacation. After spending about 2 weeks in Central NY and Cleveland, OH, my wife and I have decided that we want to move back.  its breaks down to 50% for my son, Sean’s Education, 30% for me and the country green lifestyle and 20% my wife and her new found love of the country and things that are green. If I could i would move today but with my wife still in college it puts off moving for at least 2 years. My overall goal is to be able to make the move before my son reached Middle School. So i have 5 years to find a job and sell my house at a profit. Nonetheless the vacation was awesome and neither of us wanted to come back, including my son. I have uploaded a few pictures to my PhotoBucket account, take a look and see how nice it is for yourself.

Day 31

i have to vent. I’m getting sick and tired of work. People doing what they aren’t supposed to do and then it affecting me. 3 people drove 3 different vehicles to the same place. and they are all in the same meeting. Thats complete bull shit! I needed to go out to a site and there were no vehicles available. Fuckin pisses me off how inconsiderate people can be. DAMN I HATE THIS PLACE RIGHT NOW!!!!!!
